White Tail Tang “Ctenochaetus flavicauda”

Description

The White Tail Bristletooth Tang hails from the pristine waters of Tahiti in the South Pacific. This spectacular fish boasts a vibrant red body with orange spots on its head streaming into lines along the body, contrasting sharply against a creamy white tail. The outer part of the eye is ringed in bright yellow. Ctenochaetus Tangs have a protruding mouth with bristle-like teeth they can move individually in order to sift, sort, and scrape in search of food.
