Scarlet Badis

Description

The Scarlet Baids is a beautiful freshwater nano fish. These little fish only reach less than an inch. The Scarlet Badis can be kept in small nano aquariums but do best in 10 gallons. They are peaceful fish but very shy, so when selecting tank mates, you need to choose other small peaceful fish that will not out compete them for food. Male Scarlet Badis can be territorial, so it is best to keep one male with multiple females when housing them together.
