Description
Purple Waffle
The purple waffle is named for the waffling deep purple leaves. These aquatic plants are outstanding in the fish tank but if fully submerged will fade over time. They thrive partially submerged in a terrarium or paludarium, or a shelf in the fish tank. The color is a deep purple and the plant grows slow and requires moderate to strong light. Originally from Vietnam, this species is cultivated in Florida.
