Molly Fish “Poecilia latipinna”

Description

Mollies are strictly American fish, found particularly around Central America and the Southern United States. While many fish in this genus can be found in the wild, three types have been kept by aquarists for decades. These are the Common or Short-finned MollyPoecilia sphenops, the Sailfin or Topsail MollyPoecilia latipinna, and the Mexican Sailfin MollyPoecilia velifera, also called the Giant Sailfin or Yucatan Molly.
