Malawi Bream Cichild

Description

The Malawi Bream Cichlid,Chilotilapia rhoadesii, is the only member of its genus. These blue fish have round faces designed so that their jaws can crack open small molluscs as a food source. They forage in large groups across muddy substrates in Malawi looking for snails to eat. A bonus to keeping these fish is they are said to eradicate any existing snail infestations you may have!
