Neolamprologus leleupi, also known as Lemon Cichlid, This species originates from the rocky coastal waters of Southern Lake Tanganyika, Africa, but is fairly wide ranging over this area.and reaches a length of 10 centimetres (3.9in).

The color of this fish ranges from bright yellow, orange to deep brown depending on which area of the lake it is from.
