One of the morph colourful locales of the Banded Rainbowfish, Melanotaenia trifasciata. The Habgood river rainbow gets stunning red fins and a deep blue body colour. These larger rainbows can reach around 4-5″ and pair well with similarly sized fish in larger community aquaria.
