Grubfish – Redspotted Sandperch (Parapercis schauinslandi)

Description

A striking grubfish withblack or reddish to dark brown blotches along theupper side, alternating with reddish bars on the lower side, the spinous dorsal fin black near the base and deep reddish distally, the soft dorsal fin with a row of dark spots, two narrow bright red bars on the pectoral-fin base, and two dark spots on the tail base.
