Description
A greenish-brown goby with five dark brown to blackish bars along the side, a pale-edged dark stripe through the eye and another across the cheek, white streaks on the head, small white spots in 3-4 horizontal rows on the body, a black spot on the first dorsal fin and a black spot on the upper part of the caudal-fin base. This is a more peaceful and less destructive sand sifter compared to most species.
