Pseudomugilfurcatus, also known as the Forktail Blue Eye, is one of the larger species of Blue-Eyed Rainbowfish 9Although it still barely exceeds 2″). They are so named for the split yellow pattern in their tail, and that same yellow continues into the body, capped off by jewel-like blue eyes. These fish should be kept in a school, ideally 4-6 individuals at least.
These are juveniles that have not fully developed their colour, about 0.75-1″ long.
