Dark Knight Ram (Local Bred)

Description

Mikrogeophagus ramirezi is one of the most popular dwarf cichlids. These very colourful cichlids possess a broad range of yellows, blues, reds, and even pinks in their colouration. This peaceful fish can be kept with most small fish in a well planted aquarium.

The Dark Knight ram, sometimes also called Midnight or Black rams, are a new and sought after variety of ram created by Danziger Farms in Israel. They are nearly solid black, with only traces of the typical blues and oranges of standard Rams left on the body and fins. These are subadult specimens, around 1.5 long.
