Charterhouse Coarse Filter Floss

High Quality adaptable and affordable mechanical filtration.

Our coarse filter floss will effectively capture debris and particles from your water column, ensuring crystal clear water and a healthy environment for all aquatic life. It will however last longer than our Fine filter floss, meaning fewer media changes.

Coarse floss will also allow larger particles through that may be used as a food source in the aquarium. This flexible media can be used in sumps, all in one filter chambers , internal & external filters or even fluidised reactors.

Simply change when the floss becomes saturated with dirt and water can no longer pass freely.
