Chocolate Ghost Knifefish
The wild chocolate ghost knife comes from Colombia and grows to 24 inches. Very similar to the black ghost knife, these fish have not been bred in captivity. Chocolate ghosts do need some live feeders available – brine shrimp, live black worms would do. The local natives believe the black ghost knife fish holds the spirits of dead ancestors. Perhaps the chocolate ghost knife holds the spirits of eaten M&Ms.
