Fugu Saddle Puffer
The fugu puffer, or saddle puffer, is best known as the sushi puffer – but only professionals should prepare this toxic species. These puffers need some salt in the water to thrive and have beautiful orange on green coloration. Wild caught and very seasonal, we do not often offer this species.
