Description
This amazing fish is called the Ripsaw Catfish. It is a type of omnivorous and detritivorous fish so feeding it a diet with high protein such as bloodworms, earthworms, cockles, prawns, mussels, crab, and crayfish is ideal. This fish also does grow very big so a minimum tank size of 55 gallons is required with lots of hiding places. Some great tank mates for these fish are other large peaceful catfish, big cichlids, Oscars, and any medium to large sized barbs.
